We have a small team here at GlamR who are here to help and advise but please be aware that we have a standard response time of up to 72 hours on all email communications with to regard to orders, delivery and general enquiries.

Delivery

Please allow 7-21 working days for delivery and a little longer to the rest of the world.

The shipping costs are as follows:

To the United Kingdom
1 item - £2.95
2 items - £4.50 
3 or more - £5.00

To the USA 
1 item - £4.50 
2 items - £5.50 
3 or more - £7.50

To the REST OF THE WORLD 
1 item - £4.50 
2 items - £5.50

UK Orders - We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, we find it the most cost effective way of delivering your orders. You might experience a slight delay at busy periods (ie Christmas).

GlamR always endeavours to adhere to delivery estimates but these are always estimates. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods and time is not of the essence. For orders being delivered outside of the UK, please be advised that delays may occur due to customs clearance as well as unforeseen events within the supply chain or socio-political factors; these delays are not within our control whatsoever and while we endeavour to assist with the delivery of your item we will not be held liable for delays due to such factors.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 21 days of despatch.

Damaged goods: If your order has been damaged in delivery please return to the address at the bottom when we receive the item we will either refund you money or send another order as a good will gester.

Notification of Claims due to Delivery Errors

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days and 28 days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
